This page is only presented if there are problems locating either your origin or destination location or both. You will need to select the correct location from the windows presented and then click the "Find Journey" button to continue.

 

"No locations were found"

If no locations matching your search enquiry were found you will receive this warning.  You may click the "Alter Enquiry" button to adjust your enquiry slightly and attempt to search for the location you require again.

 

Altering your enquiry

You may alter the settings of your current enquiry by pressing the "Alter Enquiry" button.

 

Starting again

If at this point you wish to restart your journey planning you may click the "New Enquiry" button to clear all the details about your current journey.
